Our Mission

We’re on a mission to simplify the home repair process by making it more accessible and efficient for all, with a focus on the most stressful event of most people’s lives - buying a home. We are revolutionizing the future of real estate buying and selling with our software platform that saves real estate agents and homebuyers time, money, and the hassle of coordinating home repairs.

Jeremy R. Henley, Founder and CEO at TheQwikFix

Our Story

QwikFix was created to solve one of the most broken and misunderstood moments in real estate: what actually happens after the inspection.

Our founder, Jeremy Henley, experienced firsthand how a transaction could stall because no one had a clear, trusted answer to a simple question — what will this cost to fix, and who will do it? Agents, buyers, and sellers were negotiating blind, relying on guesswork, delayed contractor bids, and inflated credits. The friction wasn’t just frustrating — it was systemic.

After years of managing renovation projects and building technology in the software and AI sectors, Jeremy recognized that the real problem wasn’t just speed — it was the absence of a standardized pricing and execution layer for home repairs.

QwikFix was built to become that layer.

Today, our platform transforms inspection data into accurate, transaction-ready repair scopes, pricing, and managed execution through a trusted contractor network. This gives real estate professionals clarity at the exact moment decisions are made, keeps deals together, and creates a consistent experience for homeowners.

But the long-term vision is bigger than the transaction.

Every project completed through QwikFix strengthens a growing, verified dataset of real repair costs, timelines, and outcomes. That data powers tools that will allow homeowners to understand, plan, price, and manage repairs with confidence — not just when they buy or sell, but for the entire lifecycle of the home.

We are building the infrastructure that brings transparency, standardization, and control to home repair — for real estate professionals, contractors, and, ultimately, every homeowner.

Our Founders

  • Jeremy R. Henley

    Founder and CEO

Jeremy brings extensive experience in sales and management, having worked for two tech startups and three multi-billion dollar corporations, as well as creating a real estate investment company to buy, sell and hold property. Even still his most cherished accomplishment is his family: Jeremy is a proud father of six children, five boys and one girl, and husband to an amazing wife.

His passion for life and sense of adventure has led him to many places around the world, several via sailboat, which is his favorite pastime. Born on a farm, Jeremy comes from humble beginnings and was raised with strong values of hard work and doing whatever it takes to get things done. These experiences and values have set the foundation for what TheQwikFix has become.

  • Tim Hartpence

    Head of Sales

Tim Hartpence brings over two decades of experience in sales and strategic partnerships, concentrating on real estate and PropTech since 2015. But his real estate journey started much earlier—spending Saturdays with his dad, a teacher who moonlighted as a property manager to make extra money. As Tim got older, he worked alongside his parents buying homes, managing renovations, and finding tenants. Real estate wasn't just a career choice—it was in his blood.

As Head of Sales at TheQwikFix, Tim leads nationwide partnerships with inspection companies and brokerages, focused on making real estate agents look like heroes by bringing clarity to the repair process.

Even still, his most cherished role is husband and father. Tim lives in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina with his wife and son. When he's not riding his bicycle through the Lowcountry, you'll find the family exploring the world together.

Raised with strong values around hard work and relationships, Tim has built his career on a simple principle—doing right by people always pays off. These values are the foundation of his vision for TheQwikFix: serving real estate professionals with the same dedication he brings to every partnership.
